Ten Hag confirms Shaw taken off as 'precaution'

Erik ten Hag has said that Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw was taken off as a "precaution" in their victory at Aston Villa.
Shaw, 28, was substituted at half-time in United's 2-1 win at Villa Park. He was replaced for Victor Lindelof.
The England international returned to first team action just two weeks ago after recovering from a hamstring issue.
Ten Hag said to Sky Sports: "Precaution (why he was taken off). He had some complaints and we can't take any risks with him because he's had many injuries in the past. We'll have to see how it goes in the next few days.
"It's not an advantage to lose him, everyone knows my philosophy to have left-footers at left centre-back and left-back. We have to make compromises and it is not to our advantage."
Scott McTominay's late header sealed all three points for Ten Hag's side.
Ivory Coast's Adingra named AFCON best young player

Brighton winger Simon Adingra has been named best young player at the Africa Cup of Nations after his prominent part in Ivory Coast winning the tournament.
The 22-year-old assisted both goals in the host nation’s 2-1 comeback victory over Nigeria in Sunday’s final.
His corner was headed in by Franck Kessie for the second half equaliser and Adingra’s cross was converted by Sebastien Haller for Ivory Coast’s late winner.
Adingra scored in the quarter-final win after extra time against Mali.
He did not start games until the knockout stages of the tournament after suffering a hamstring injury in Brighton’s 1-1 draw at Crystal Palace in December.
